Once you have registered and deposits have been received, our team will reach out to you to finalise your visa documentation.

We will also enquire about your flight meal preferences, allergies and room allocation preferences to ensure your comfort during the journey.

We highly recommend attending our pre-Umrah seminar delivered by our religious and logistical leads, which will be held in person at Cheadle Masjid. This seminar is a valuable opportunity to prepare mentally and spiritually for your journey and the date will be shared in due course via email. 

For those unable to attend in person, we will offer Zoom access to ensure that you can still benefit from the seminar insha’Allah.

We will create communication groups on WhatsApp, where you will be able to connect with fellow pilgrims insha’Allah.

These groups will serve as a platform for sharing important details, resources, and pre-Umrah materials, ensuring everyone is well-prepared for the pilgrimage.

Our team will continue to take care of all proceedings from the moment we meet up at the departure gate of Manchester Airport with Al Haram Travel (our travel partner) responsible for flight arrangements and hotels (ATOL approved).

All Umrah pilgrims must present a valid certificate of vaccination against meningitis (ACWY) issued at least 10 days prior to travel. AMF Tours are not responsible for obtaining this certificate for travelling pilgrims. 

 The vaccination certificate must be recognised by health authorities and is valid for 3-5 years, depending on the vaccine type.

We are committed to ensuring that your Umrah experience is seamless and spiritually uplifting insha’Allah. Please stay connected through email for now until WhatsApp communication channels are established 2-3 weeks prior to departure.

In the meantime, consciousness of Allah (swt) is the best preparation one can take when making pilgrimage to Makkah.

My name is Tasneem Salim, I was blessed to have gone on this wonderful trip for Umrah. Even though I have been a few times before I found it totally important for myself, to keep my love and faith in ALLAH alive inside me, on going and focussed. We all have it, but sometimes we need to rejuvenate and focus on whats really important. I felt this trip addressed this. The tour guides were excellent and talked us through everything which was important and relevant. We were also able to do our own ibaadat, as and when we could. It was well organised and humble in its entirety. Everything was catered for the only things you have to take with you is your belongings, humbleness and love for ALLAH and his Messenger p.b.u.h. I have found that if we keep our heart open for goodness and free from bad things, ALLAH will fill it continuously with goodness inshaAllah. A brilliant experience in everyway. From start to finish amazing. The organisers communication, organisation, care, attention to detail and flexibility was excellent. Ustadh Rehan, May Allah preserve him, was approachable, very warm, very knowledgeable and was always smiling which filled the heart with sakeena.
